How do I deal with a power outage of the wine fridge?
In the case of a power outage, to keep the cold air inside do not open the cabinet door. DIVIN wine fridges are equipped with a temperature memory function, which will automatically restore the temperature settings prior to the outage, once power is available.
What is the order and shipment process?

- Wine Accessories Order will be dispatched within 7 business days of your order
- Shipping company will contact you regarding a delivery window
While considering retail peaks, we aim to dispatch our goods within one week of purchase. We will notify you upon dispatch of your order and you will be contacted approximately 24 hours prior to the estimated delivery time. This is to confirm any final delivery details. What is the warranty coverage for DIVIN products?
DIVIN provides a 2-year warranty for our fridges and parts, excluding accessories and consumables, and a 3-year warranty for compressors (except solenoid valves) from the arrival date. Any faulty parts will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge under warranty, due to manufacturing faults or due to fair wear and tear. Manufacturing faults do not extend to negligence or misuse.
